Wonderful job on this! I have no idea what C.O.W. is, but I grasp the concept - it seems like an awesome little idea that could translate to movie, game & audio submissions as well, if it hasn't already.
Anyway, not to take away from this piece - I admire the translucent effect you've got going on in it. The grainyness adds to the deathly feel of it. And that newscaster, I'm not sure who it is, but he's definately from NBC, isn't he? Great job, you two!

This is a great piece, love the little figures in the foreground. A lot of nice smoke detail going on to the right of him. Still a bit of open space in the piece, and it looks like you could have squeezed some more detail in, but you added more smoke/steam to alleviate that issue. The lighting is done well in the traditional painting sense. I liken it to one of those old paintings you'd see in a library, of George Washington riding a horse, and it's all nice out. I'm off track...anyway, It's a great job. 5

Stop complaining, Mindchamber, this is sweet as nipples! Love the animation on it, only wish it was a slight bit faster.
How did you go about this? I mean, what did you use to put this together?
I might want to make my mom and dad as fighting game characters for their anniversary.

Stop being too hard on yourself, he's great.
My only suggestion, is maybe a darker outline around him - like a shadow perhaps, to set him apart from the background (both are reddish tints) and maybe a key light source reflecting on the right side of him (not necessary, just personal preference). Other than that, he gives off an atmosphere on his own! Good job!
