good lord, this is amazing! Has a very watercolor feel to it, but I can't tell if this is traditional medium, or really clever digital brushwork. You have me fooled either way. Top notch stuff!

Thanks!! It's all traditional, yeah.
Outlined with a black copic fountain pen and coloured with various alcohol-based markers.

Once I scanned it in, I touched it up a little bit on Photoshop so I didn't have any icky specks or bleeding colours. Also tinted a bit of the colour to make it brighter. c:

Minor discolouration on his left cheekbone/orbital area, but & his right eye is a slight bit far off to the right, but this piece is pretty bangin'. Those two small complaints can easily be fixed in post production, although I'm assuming this is done on a traditional medium, and not digital, correct?

Thank you for the feedback! You mean the eye above the yellow blotch on the cheekbone? His eyes are far-distanced from each other, haha. Though this was on purpose. Perhaps it's also the nose, I don't think I was planning to have it this crooked, LOL!

Yes, this was done with coloured pencils. When digital, I can cheat by dragging eyes and noses around :P.

...because you have some awesome works so far. It's like a series of pencil crayon scribbles, but dem scribbles amount to heavy articulated styling. Very good work. It's like cross-hatching pop culture on acid.
